Building global bridges for Chihuahua’s startup ecosystem Events are the starting point; impact is built through commitment, strategy, and partnerships. At StartUp Chihuahua, participating in spaces like GET Forum 2025 is not about being in the room, but about what we bring back to the ecosystem: new connections, lessons, and concrete opportunities to accelerate innovation in Chihuahua. From this agenda, several key insights and pathways emerged: International cooperation with a focus on implementationWe strengthened relationships with multilateral agencies, funders, social enterprises, and incubators, prioritizing collaboration tied to pilots, projects, and measurable outcomes — not just memorandums of understanding. A replicable model for intermediate citiesChihuahua’s experience shows that it’s possible to build a high-impact innovation ecosystem outside capital cities. Our approach — clear ecosystem structure, stakeholder coordination, and evidence-based programs — is now part of the conversation on how to scale this model to other intermediate cities in Latin America. Investment strategies for green and high-impact startupsWe explored investment vehicles and strategies that can strengthen local and international startups with green and sustainability-focused value propositions in Mexico, aligning three key elements:innovation, competitiveness, and environmental impact. These learnings reaffirm our core conviction: an ecosystem is not defined by individual events, but by the long-term alliances and projects that follow.
